Your budget. Your meals. Your plan.
Every day, hundreds of decisions compete for your attention. What's for dinner? Where did the money go? Can I afford this?
One Less Choice is built around a single idea: when you decide in advance, before you're hungry, tired, or tempted, you trade the burden of choosing for the freedom of having already chosen.
Your money is allocated before the paycheck clears. Your meals are planned before you're standing in the kitchen at 6pm. And when that gadget catches your eye, you already know the answer, because you planned for it.
Most people wonder where their money went. One Less Choice helps you tell it where to go — before the paycheck hits, before the bill comes, before the temptation arises.
Plan income by source, allocate every dollar to a category, and track spending against your plan in real time. Split your month into two pay periods so you always know where you stand mid-month — not just at the end.
When you've pre-decided, spending within your plan isn't a guilty pleasure. It's freedom.
Groceries are one of the fastest-growing household expenses — and most of the damage happens in those unplanned 6pm "what are we eating?" moments.
Search for recipes using AI, build a full monthly meal plan, and let One Less Choice automatically add the estimated grocery cost to your budget. No more guessing what you'll spend at the store.
Set protein, carb, and fat targets and get recipe suggestions that hit your macros — verified against USDA nutritional data. Eat well and spend wisely, without having to choose between the two.
✦ Premium FeatureDebt is one decision compounding daily against you. The antidote isn't willpower, it's a plan with a date on it.
Enter every debt — credit cards, student loans, car payments — and compare three payoff strategies side by side. Avalanche minimizes total interest. Snowball gives you quick wins to stay motivated. Minimums-only shows you the true cost of doing nothing.
The AI Debt Advisor looks at your actual income and budget surplus, then recommends which strategy fits your situation and suggests a realistic extra monthly payment.

Grocery costs are pulled from real Kroger pricing data. Even if you don't shop at Kroger, their prices are close enough for solid planning estimates. Kroger is our first supported store because they offer the most developer-friendly data access. We plan to add other major retailers in the future to make your grocery budget as accurate as possible.
Your grocery list is cross-referenced against the USDA nutrition database for maximum accuracy. When we can't find an exact match, AI fills in the gaps using known nutritional data for similar foods. The goal is to get as close as possible.
If you have strict dietary requirements, we recommend double-checking the numbers against your specific products to make sure you're hitting your exact targets.
Day Dreams are your wishlist. Things you want someday but aren't actively saving for yet. Write them down, prioritize them, and when you're ready, move one into Goals and start saving toward it.
Pools are for ongoing spending categories with no fixed end goal. A common example: setting money aside each month just for fun. One month it might go toward a pair of shoes, another a video game, another more dining out. Unlike a Goal, there's no target total you're working toward. Pools just help you keep an eye on how much you're spending in a given category across the year.
Once you sign in, enter someone's email to send them an invite. They'll need at least a free account to connect. If you're on an annual Premium plan, your invited partner gets a free year of Premium when they join.
Once connected, you'll each see an Accountability tab showing four general wellness indicators for your partner: Budget Health, Debt Progress, Goals Momentum, and Meal Planning. No dollar amounts, no bill details, no transaction history. Just a high-level signal so you can encourage each other without anyone feeling exposed. Think of it as checking in, not checking up.
